"Inside a gated community and can walk to the beach."

Being inside Seaside Plantation, a new, gated community that is beach and water oriented, security is enhanced and traffic and noise is not an issue. The area is friendly to golf carts and you can use one to go back and forth to the beach, a 10 acre city park known as McLean Park, city owned and operated North Myrtle Beach Acquatic and Fitness Center, The Surf Beach & Golf Club (a country club with its private dining, golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool and fitness facility), library, post office, restaurants, and assorted convenience retail stores such as drycleaners, clothing, discount, and supermarkets to name just a few. Beach oriented nightclubs are within walking distance (approx 10 blocks). The terrain is flat so bike riding is also easy.
