"Nice Apartment Buildings"
Cortese Circle in San Jose, California is a road has only two ways in and two ways out and is an apartment complex that is fairly new. If you are just moving to San Jose and want to live in an apartment, this is the place to go. It has it's own swimming pool, garages, sidewalks through the whole complex and plenty of places to park. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with nothing negative to say.

"Dirty and old"
There comes a time when a street has been around too long. This is one of those streets. Residential with a bordering park or so, Toyon is loaded with older quiet decrepit looking residents and cars in all manner of disassembly. I avoid Toyon like the plague. It just isn't a place I would want to live or even drive though with such nicer neighborhoods on all borders.
