"Golf and nice people."

sunny palms avenue in bakersfield California is one of those well kept suburbs that was the idol of the fifties. It’s kind people, and more importantly it’s proximity to the sundale golf course (which, might I add is one of the better courses I have ever played) make this a fantastic place to live.
