"Summer Stream"
Summer Stream is a 54 home development started about 1999 and finished 2002. There are 3 streets all having 'Summer Stream' in their title. This is a development with prices ranging from 210-280,000. Most are on 1/4 acre lots. Just lower middle class, but a step above 'starter homes'. The subdivision is located near the intersection of Mack Dobbs Road and Cobb Parkway in Kennesaw, Ga. Just by a thread inside the city limits of Kennesaw. There is no homeowners assn. Only 1 home has a pool, lots are really too small for pools or tennis courts.

Summer Stream Traffic Problems, Kennesaw, Ga.
There are 2 aspects of this: 1) Legal - No driver licenses, no insurance, Usually no safety equipment/helmet 2) Patental Responsibility - How can any parent allow these young children to drive these dangerous mini motorcycles on the streets and sidewalks!
As of 10/22/2010 it looks like the Police have gotten through to the parents of these children as they seem to be back to riding bikes rather than these mini motor cycles. Hope it stays that way!
