There are some lakes and ponds in Stormville, but actually not many. Stormville is pretty hilly and densely forested in most areas, so not much water. Right off of Route 52 there's a pond or two in which you might be able to drop a line, provided you're not on private property. They're small, though, so I'm not even sure what kind of marine life they'd host. There's also Black Pond to the south of I-84, which may be another option if it's allowed. Aside from that, Stormville isn't necessarily a great place to fish.
