Do you favor or oppose the City of St Paul's intention of bringing back street cars?

I am looking for oinions from residents of St Paul on whether or not they favor the Cities idea of bringing back street cars based on the estimated cost to do this.

Oh, well I'm a very new resident of St. Paul, and I think street cars could be cool! An interesting idea, for sure. It would be great if they looked more old-fashioned and historical (more like a trolley), especially to match the atmosphere in Summit Hill/Cathedral. Could you imagine people using street cars to visit the restaurants/shops around that area, with the architecture, houses, big trees and parks? That could be a potential source of revenue for the city in terms of attracting people to that area and limiting automobiles needed to be parked on the street for people who were visiting.
