"Afordable, great location"

The area around 77th has apartments for rent as well as houses. It's near the University, South Miami commercial area, right beside US1 (Dixie hwy), so it's great for a student or for a couple starting up. Grocery store is just a few block away. You can catch the "people mover" (above ground metro that goes to downtown Miami and beyond) and buses right on US1.
