Top 10 Reasons to live on this street
1) Cute apartments and condos- that are actually affordable.
2) Great little family community- everyone plays together and there is really family/community feel
3) Walking distance to anything your heart desires – coffee, fine dining, bars, great fun restaurants, the gym, the post office, the train and did I mention the beach?
4) Close to many fun outdoor activities – running the stairs, hiking the lagoon, etc etc.
5) Walk to the best coffee in San Diego at the On-the-Go red cart
6) Walk to the best pizza in San Diego – Pizza Port
7) Easily catch the train downtown to watch the Padres play ball
8) Have I mentioned the beach?
9) The Fletcher Cove Park
10) Naked Café --- best breakfast ever, anywhere in the world!
