"Green, lush and busy"

South 212th Way is a tiny bit of road up East Hill from Hwy 167 to Kent. Connecting S. 212th St. and S. 208th St, the steep hill is full of trees and bushes. The homes are average single-family, though the street is typically so busy with commuter traffic, I can't imagine living there (though I did look at one point). There is a stoplight at the top of the hill as the road turns into S. 208th St. which can clog traffic down the hill and sometimes sneaks up on you since you can't necessarily see the cars around the corner. Not a great pedestrian walkway, though it is pretty enough. It's fairly quiet in the neighborhoods off of this main arterial.
