"Location of the neighborhood is great and school district is excellent!"

We do have a few messy neighbors ( mostly renters) who refuse to pick up wet newspapers scattered about their driveway, finish outdoor construction jobs (ex: brick cased mailbox), remove xmas lights from house, and park their cars in the street every day. Minus those few things, the neighborhood is good. ;)
