"Plush in West Houston"

Located in West Houston, Westchase is nestled between 59-The Southwest Freeway and Interstate 10. Conveniently located next to the Westpark Tollway, this area provides easy access to most areas of Houston. Main roads found in this area are Richmond and Westpark. This is a more established area of West Houston, while the outskirts of Westchase are growing at a rapid pace. There are many office buildings around this area, so that leaves less space for residential subdivisions, although you will find some. Apartment homes are plentiful in this tree lined plush area. There is ample shopping, dining, and entertainment, and usually a Starbucks nearby.

Westchase is very close to the Energy Corridor, which is home to the majority of the Oil Companies in Houston. Newly created parks, hike and bike trails, and dog parks will consume your time if enjoy outdoor activities. There are a variety of chain restaurants and shopping centers to choose from in this area.
