"Brady Bunch Homes on Hills"

Blair Hills is the hilly residential neighborhood that overlooks much of Culver City. Though you might expect this to be an affluent area with newer family homes—you actually find older 1960’s and 70’s style homes somewhat reminiscent of the Brady Bunch style homes. They do however tend to be much larger than some of the homes that we have come to expect in other Culver City neighborhoods.

The proposed oil drilling was supposed to be staged right by this neighborhood but so far it has been suspended as the city tries to get tighter regulations enacted.
Pros
  • Nice Homes
  • Fairly Diverse
Cons
  • Possible Oil Drilling
  • Expensive
Recommended for
  • Families with kids
