"ok residential area, good for families"

San Rafael Street connects two neighborhoods on the north and south sides of Estudillo Ave in San Leandro. It has a little more traffic than the side streets in these neighborhoods but is still fairly quiet. The north end of this street is a little nicer in my opinion than the south side, just a little larger, nicer houses, more trees, etc.
