Rosecrans St, La Playa

Rosecrans is the main street through the Point Loma peninsula area of San Diego. Over the last few years it has become a great spot for shopping and dining, but less attractive in my opinion for living. There are some residential spots along this main road ranging from brand new single family homes to old, historic looking homes that are probably 50-60 years old. If you like living in a more crowded, happening area where you can walk to restaurants and shops and don't mind the crowds, this may be a good place for you to look into living. But if you enjoy a bit more space and a few less people, I would stay away from living here. But there are some great places to eat...definitely try the Fiddler's Green!
