GG has it about right for Riverdale, there aren't many expensive streets, though I think you cna call Riverdale Ave a bit of a pricey area.

This is a very small neighborhood most known for Altgeld Gardens - which is a 1,500 unit low rise housing project. There are not a lot of homes for sale in this area and the one's that are available are all in the same price range. There really isn't a 'most expensive street'.
