"Affordbale, near metro, up and rising"

Look, the prices aren't going to get any cheaper, and with this proximity to downtown DC, access to the Red Line, and a plethora of new construction to pick from, it really makes good sense to live here. You should go visit, it is safer than some alternative areas, and as RI Ave. improves, more services will be available.
