"Expensive inner loop living, but has a small street feel"

This street is great - nearby on West Alabama and on Westheimer you will find things like Whole Foods, Borders, the restaurant Pesce, and other high-end retail. On Revere itself you have a Berryhill Tamale. There are also plenty of other dining options as you are really close to the Montrose area, Downtown, and the Rice Village. This area has seen the development of some new apartments / condos, and traffic might be more of an issue with the influx of new residents.
