I live in the Preserve at Belmont, which is just off of Troy Ave., behind CSU-Pueblo. So far I've really enjoyed living here because it's kind of a "neutral" zone. We are sandwiched between a main street and the prairie, which is a kind of no-man's land in regards to crime and poverty. It's not a particularly wealthy neighborhood, like the Walking Stick homes near the golf course, so it's definitely affordable; but neither is it an area with low-income housing or gang activity. It's a quiet community, but it still has some liveliness because of the nearby school and the students who live there.
