Are there any all night cafes in Pueblo?

Better yet, any near the freeway for late night travelers?

Besides Denny's and IHOP, there's only one restaurant I know of that's open 24 hours. Adolfo's Mexican Food, with 3 locations on Outlook Blvd., Santa Fe, and Northern, serves wonderfully greasy burritos and tacos round the clock. Adolfo's is known for graffiti-tagged bathrooms, the delicious California, and some shady characters if you go past midnight. It's officially the hangover capital of Pueblo, and if you arrive late on a Saturday night, you're sure to rub shoulders with all manner of drunk college students. Still, they have great food in their own right - homemade salsas, heaping plates of nachos and chili fries, and authentic horchata (cinnamon rice milk). It's definitely worth checking out, as long as you avoid the drunk crowd. Unless, of course, you're already drunk...

Also, the one on Outlook Blvd is right off Highway 50 West, near the Starbucks and Miyaki's Japanese Restaurant.
