I took a survey when I read this question; I asked my roommate. "Hey, Shay - what's the best thing about living in Pueblo?" And her immediate response was "Potica and green chili!"

Which is a simplified way of saying: culture. Potica is an eastern European dish that's popular with many Polish and Russian immigrants here; green chili is a Mexican dish native to Pueblo. This city has so many cultures packed into one city, it's an enlightening experience simply to talk with someone on the street. There is such a strong sense of tradition and community. Of course, for many of the young people, this is as much a curse as it is a blessing; but the young people of Pueblo are doing all they can to make sure this city has a future as well as a past.

I like that Pueblo is not a static city. It's got history, but it's not content with that. It is building a future too, and that's an exciting thing to be a part of.
