The University offers Bachelor's degrees and grad programs for students. CSU-P has one of the best business and mass communication programs in the nation, so if you plan on getting a degree in any of these areas, this college is a fantastic choice. As an English major, I felt like this program was also extremely strong. CSU-P works hard to be hands-on with all of their programs; they frequently brought authors and poets to the campus for readings and signings. Our professors were all knowledgable and had hands-on experience in their fields; my teachers were published poets, travel writers, and novelists.

Pueblo Community College is located on the south side of Pueblo. This school caters mainly to non-traditional students and also to students who are looking for associate's degrees or certificates. They have great programs for those looking to be in the medical field (nurses, medical assistants, etc.) as well as an excellent art and business school.
