Both are beautiful! :) There are actually a two Pueblo libraries - the Barkman Branch, which is a small library on Jerry Murphy Road, and the Robert Hoag Rawlings Library, which is the main branch off of Abriendo. The Barkman is a lovely little library, especially if you have kids - they have a very cozy children's section, with big armchairs and lots of space to collapse on the floor and read for a while. There are whimsical bear tracks painted along the sidewalk leading up to the libraries front doors as well.

The Rawlings Library is huge, with four stories of books, dvds, audio books, and computers for the public's use. The architecture is astonishing, with a bridge that connects two sides of the library, stretching across the street beneath. The Rawlings branch is also very connected to the community; they have movie nights for families, teen nights, author signings and readings, cultural exhibits, and local art displayed throughout the building.
