Is the city of Pueblo good with snow removal?

Because Pueblo doesn't get too much snow, there isn't usually a lot of need for heavy-duty plowing in the winter. And because snow is so rare, sometimes the ploughs are a little late in getting to the road when there is bad weather. Overall, though, snow removal on major roads is usually good; it's just the side streets and neighborhoods you have to watch out for.
