There's a place called Liberty Point in Lake Pueblo State Park; it's a cliff from which you can see the whole reservoir and the surrounding areas. It also provides a perfect view of the sunset, making it a great spot for a romantic evening. :) The Nature and Raptor Center is also a beautiful area for a walk or a bike ride; the trails here go for miles, offering lovely views of the river and the woods. The Coyote Grille is a nice little restaurant that provides good food after your hike. The Nature Center also rescues and rehabilitates birds of prey, so you can always stop by and see the park rangers talk about some of their animals - a hawk with a broken wring, an eagle found lost in a suburb, etc.
