The Pantry Restaurant on Abriendo is a great local spot - not necessarily a stylized diner, with the chrome and the retro posters, but a classic family restaurant that has been in Pueblo for over 37 years. They have wonderful, traditional American food - huge breakfasts, fresh cut fries, and green chili burgers, just to name a few.

The City Diner on Santa Fe is another, like the Pantry, that just serves good, classic food in a traditional diner setting. I personally haven't been here, but I have heard great things!
