Pueblo has some fantastic Italian restaurants. Angelo's is one of my favorites; they're best known for their pizza, but they also have some wonderful pasta dishes, bruscetta, and lunch specials. Collette's is a popular place on the south side of town; their menu is entirely carry-out, with feel-good Italian favorites like meatball subs and spaghetti. There's a brand new Italian restaurant and bakery right next door to Angelo's on the Riverwalk - I can't for the life of me remember the name of it, but it's a family-owned business and their baked goods are great. Ianne's Pizzeria is a tiny little place in south Pueblo that has some of fantastic pizza; they're always busy, so call ahead!
