Robert Brooks Park / 20th and Tasker??

Hi All! We are very seriously considering a house at 20th and Tasker. Would love to hear resident's experience of that area and of the revitalization of Robert Brooks Park. Is a generally safe place to be? Is there a community of neighbors? Any input so appreciated!
