"Noisy, young familes and disrespectful people"
i grew up on this street and find the families that use to live here to have low values. growing up i knew of many gang affiliated people as well as hustlers trying to sell or flip items. the street is residencial and has 3 family homes. although it has a descent P.s. school there I.S. school isnt so great and their HS zoning is worse. you can do better at this price range... stay away from penrod

I'd unfortunately have to agree. While living there I saw numerous people slashed and beaten, even one shot.
