"Stucco style 1920 homes line the street."
Patterson Avenue in Oakland, California is lined with many older homes. The homes are usually quite small. One and two bedrooms, many with no garage. Some have been renovated and added onto too, others are in need of repair. This area is still quite pricey despite the fact that it needs a lot of TLC. Patterson Avenue is a great place to buy a starter home.
