Where are the best housing deals in Parker right now?

Are you looking to rent or buy? Are you looking at new construction or resale homes? Those are two very different markets.

bbandy Well you didn't mention price range, but for new construction there are some good deals in the Meridian community west of Parker between Main St. and Lincoln. Also Horseshoe Ridge, north of Hess Road and East of Jordan. Keep in mind that the sales reps for the builders work for the builder and do not have your best interest in mind. You should really have representation by a licensed Realtor to represent you in all dealings with the builder. And the best part is the Builder pays our commission.

For resale homes, it really depends on where you want to be and how much you want to spend. My website at www.BandyHomes.com has all the homes for sale in the Denver metro area, including Parker.
