Is Black Forest Estates affordable for young couples?

I guess it depends on how much you make. :) The lowest I've seen in the last five years is around $225,000 but I think that was a short sell. Most go for much higher than that, closer to the $450,000 to $475,000 range. There aren't any businesses within about a five mile radius. It's mostly homes on some land which is quite pretty. Many of them have some nice views as well.
