What's the best locally owned restaurant in Parker?

Depends on the cuisine. The War Horse is the classic Parker restaurant - been here since the 80's when Parker was mostly a wide spot in the road. They have good specials, steaks and Mexican. Indochine is also a favorite, both for great Asian fusion food and excellent for people with food allergies. Both are in Old Town Parker.
We also like Pho Vy which is on Lincoln. Armando's is great Italian and Opa has excellent Greek foood. And of course, we have a number of chain restaurants as well but why eat in a chain restaurant if you can eat local?

Happy to help - Indochine is one of my favorites because Yume, the owner and chef, also has food allergies so she understands the issues. They are very careful about making sure they understand what you can and can't have, as well as avoiding cross-contamination. Their staff is very well trained about allergies and even if you have multiple food intolerances like I do, they will come up with something for you. We are all very excited because they will be opening a second restaurant in the same building in the next few weeks. The new one will feature sushi and will also have gluten-free and other allergy-free options.
