"Palos Verdes Drive South and West-- The prettiest street on the Peninsula"

Palos Verdes Drive (West and South) is one of the finest streets on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. This is the best road to experience the beauty of the Peninsula. The street overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. Palos Verdes Drive South offers the Point Vicente Lighthouse, and Abalone Cove, which is a remote and uncrowded beach. Further south you will see the Wayfarer’s Chapel, a glass chapel surrounded by beautiful trees. Terrenea Resort, the only beach resort in the Los Angeles County, is also on PV Dive South. Portuguese Bend, an area which has suffered massive land slippage, is just past the resort. The bumpy road in this area needs to be repaved each month. Ocean Trails and the Trump Golf Course, which offers an ocean view from every hole, are further south.
Pros
  • Amazing ocean views
  • Pretty drive
Cons
