"Location! location! location! Urban convenience in the suburbs."
You are within walking distance of everything you need. The schools are good. Walk to whole foods. I love it here because I prefer to be able to walk or ride my bike as an option to get to everything. IT allows me to have urban convenience in the suburbs. The only problem is crossing el camino. Another issue is walking around the shopping plaza which is not pedestrian friendly. Theres quite a few transients too.
Pros
- Walk to restaurants, doctors and shopping.
- Good schools.
- Lots of parks so its easy to relax with your kids or your friends and have a barbeque.
Cons
- People who never lived in multifamily housing aren't good at being considerate of their neighbors, noises.
- People don't say hi. They sometimes avoid each other on the street so not so friendly.
- Traffic + Bike paths are not always safe. They need to install physical barriers between bikes and cars. Old people have gotten run over.
