"Quiet street in West Salt Lake"
This street is close to the I-15 Freeway, but also has low traffic as it is mostly just residential and doesn't get much through traffic. It is within walking distance of the State Fairgrounds, which has concerts and other events regularly. The neigborhood is freindly and everyone gets along. It isn't too far from the center of town and crimes sometimes do reach out to this point, but generally it is a very safe place to live.
