"Great location in what is slated to be the next great Atlanta suburb."

Avondale Estates is on the verge of becoming the next Decatur. And, homes in the Village at Avondale subdivision (Wilfawn Way and Burdett Court) are well-built in a serene location. Several newer developments are cropping up all over the area, which is a true testament to the desirability of the location.
