"Quiet and a short drive to main streets"
Slater Avenue Northeast is a quiet, mostly residential street in Kirkland. It is just off one of the main intersections in Kirkland, NE 124th and 124th NE. Slater Avenue is a winding road that wraps back behind several businesses that face 124th.
There are mostly apartment complexes and condominiums in this area. It is lush, wooded, and very well maintained. Even with the businesses, it is a quiet area. Traffic is not a big concern, although there is occasional traffic in the evenings at the intersection of Slater and 124th.
Overall, this area is a tucked away spot in an otherwise busy area of Kirkland.
