"Great for families"

My street is a very pretty, tree lined street. The neighbors care about their homes and take good care of them. We are walking distance from Roosevelt Elementary School and Verdugo Park. The school is excellent. The park is more for younger children, but still nice and does have tennis courts and a public pool as well as after school care there. I love my block!
