"Affordable apartment and single family home living"

Citron St. in Anaheim isn’t all that long of a stretch but the neighborhoods found along this street range from 20+ unit apartments, to duplexes, small single family homes with average curb appeal to large houses with spectacular face value. The area between La Palma Ave. and Romneya Dr. is a gated off section of apartments that have multiple units. Along with multiple units, comes multiple families, children and day time activity that doesn’t lend itself to much peace and quiet, so if that sounds like something that works for you this might be a place to consider. The area of Citron St. from La Palma Ave. to about Lincoln Ave. has a more serene atmosphere. The residential area here is primarily houses, with beautiful lawns, not to many children seen throughout the neighborhood, definitely an overall quiet neighborhood. Then there’s the stretch of Citron from Lincoln Ave. to about Vermont St. and this is where more of the apartment living starts up again. You can also find houses along here but they are not as well maintained so the neighborhood appeal seems to decrease, at least for me. Along with more apartments comes less parking space and a bit more traffic so be aware of that if you decide to look into moving here.
