"If you live north of Memorial Pkwy, life is good!"
The neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. The kids are generally well behaved. We have a nice mix of retired folks, single parents, couples, and families with children. There are 2 rental homes on our block and we have no problems with these renters.
Since we are just off the parkway, it's easy to jump on our bikes or put on the rollerblades and go on all the trails around the city without having to drive to get there.
