"Gateway to the San Leandro Marina."

If you are looking for the San Leandro Marina or the Monarch Bay Golf Club take Monarch Bay Drive. Connected to Neptune Drive in the North, this street runs along the water front, past the marina and golf course down to the large Tony Lema Golf Course. It is an incredibly beautiful drive.

"Light industrial road on the shoreline and near the Oakland Airport."

If you need to get to the shoreline in San Leandro, California, then Neptune Drive is your best bet. Neptune Drive runs along the Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline which has public access. Continue south along Neptune Drive to the marina or go north if you are looking for the Oakland Airport. Excellent water access.
