"A cheap, nice place for student"

We just moved in a 3-floor house one month ago and we are very happy with this 3BR place. The neighbor is ok. looks like a typical place for ordinary peoples with low-or-mid incomes. No fancy things around.

quite safe surrounding so far. Very convenient with grocery stores, laundry, bus, gas station and big chain stores like Russo's, Shaw's, Stop'n'Shop, Target, Home Depot etc.

Close to major highway as well.
