"Quiet street, great for retirees."

Merrimac Avenue is another great street among many in this part of Dallas. Like its neighboring streets, Merrimac has lots of older trees offering ample shade for the residents. Large, classy brick homes on sprawling grassy lawns are plentiful and very few children along this street makes it extremely quiet both day and night.
