What are the best parks for kids in McKinley Park, Chicago?

Well, this is going to be a real shocker, but I'd say the best park in McKinley Park is... McKinley Park. There's a fair amount of greenery, a swimming pool in the summer, and a skating rink in the winter. You could do a lot worse.
