"Unfriendly and rude neighbors!"

Maud Avenue is just a horrible street! When my husband and I were first married we ended up renting this little two story ranch styled house that his sister owned. At first it seemed like the perfect deal. We could rent and save money up until we could afford to buy a place of our own. Maud Avenue is rather simple and the traffic can be slow because of the school that is nearby. The sour part about the street are the neighbors. Never in my life have I lived in such an area where the people are rude, full of disdainful gossip and nosy! We only lasted a year on Maud Avenue and then we were out. I would never recommend anyone buy a house or a rent a house on this street.
