"Dirty industrial street, but has nice views."
This street is sort of meaningless. The only purpose it serves is to connect the shipping industry workers to each side of the shipping areas. There are wonderful views of the bay from this street though. On one end of this street, there is a small neat little park which is nice to rest and is pretty secluded and hard to find and on the other end is one of the areas used for shipping and storing storage and moving containers.
