"Eclectic mix of people with plenty of room on the road to walk the dog"
Mixture of old and young and all those in between. Some problems with neighborhood robbers who steal from their own neighbors. Some wildlife in the area, if you enjoy that: possums, raccoons, armadillos, snakes. Neighborhood has many groups, such as book clubs, Red Hatters, golf groups, etc. Bus stops throughout neighborhood.
