"Runs right past The Georgia Dome and Phillips Arena."

Mangum Street is a very long street that starts down by Nelson Street and travels right between The Georgia Dome and the Phillips Arena. It is light industrial mostly run down, and not surprising it is located next to the railroad tracks at its beginning. Useful mostly by the Dome and Arena.
