"Twenty-Five years, no changes here!"

25 years on this street, next to the park, below West Grand has not changed much at all. Very diverse, quiet and safe. No need to "flip" these homes as they all have character and wonderful to live in.

"Your mileage may vary."

It really depends what part of Magnolia Street you live on . . . much of the attraction of living here was 'bang for the buck' new housing, and that's because the neighborhood was/is a little dicey. Lots of new construction is still happening or is planned for the area, and I only see it becoming a better place to live.
