So I hate to turn anyone away from Louisville, I live there and love it, but I just helped a client research some apartments for her daughter and was REALLY impressed with the Terracina and Catalia Apartment complexes in Broomfield. They are within 5 minutes of Old Town Louisville and new with incredible amenities.

If you definitely want to be in Louisville, I agree that Copper Crest is quite nice. The pool is tiny, like the size of a hot tub, but they have a nice club house and a small gym, and the location is pretty great.

Well, it depends what you are looking for in an apartment. Copper Ridge has flexible rentals. Nice amenities too!
